10am – 5pm

A South East Film Education Network Event
Presented by Screen South in Partnership with Artswork
The film education offer across the South is coming into focus. This event will bring teachers and youth facilitators up to date on current opportunities across the South East region with speakers from leading education organisations and highlights from across the Film and TV spectrum with a mix of industry practice seminars.
The day will delivered by Screen South on behalf of Artswork (the South East Bridge Organisation). We will be joined by Into Film, the new charitable organization commissioned by the BFI to deliver its 5-19yrs Education Scheme, by leading a single, unified programme for watching, making and learning about film.
This event will connect you with decision makers, film industry and education practitioners to review, consult and learn from a range of case studies and explore key issues. You will also get the chance learn new skills through a set industry seminars. Join the conversation and discuss:
• How are schools and young people engaging with film?
• What are the opportunities and where are the gaps for teachers and facilitators?
• Delivering Arts Awards
• Industry seminars across Visual Effects, Documentary and Green friendly production

This event is FREE and is supported by Artswork
